RealtaSnap is committed to providing a website and digital services that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure equal access to our content, products, and services.
OUR STANDARD
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user‑friendly for everyone.
WHAT WE’RE DOING
We design, build, and review our site with accessibility in mind. Measures we take include:
• Structure & semantics: Proper use of headings, landmarks, and lists so screen‑reader users can understand and navigate pages quickly.
• Keyboard access: All interactive elements (menus, buttons, dialogs, accordions, sliders) are intended to be usable with a keyboard alone.
• Visible focus & skip links: Clear focus indicators and, where supported, “skip to content” links to reduce repeated navigation.
• Color & contrast: We follow minimum contrast ratios and avoid color‑only cues.
• Text alternatives: Informational images include descriptive alt text; decorative images are ignored by assistive tech.
• Media alternatives: Where feasible, videos include captions or transcripts.
• Forms: Inputs are labeled, error states are announced, and instructions are provided.
• Responsive & zoom: Pages are responsive and tested at 200% zoom without loss of content or functionality.
• Consistent navigation: Predictable menus, link styles, and page layouts.
• Ongoing reviews: Periodic audits with automated and manual checks (e.g., keyboard testing, screen‑reader spot checks).
SCOPE AND PLATFORMS
This statement covers:
• Website: https://www.realtasnap.com/
• Scheduling: Aryeo (embedded or linked from our site)
• Embeds & third‑party media: YouTube, Instagram, Mirror gallery feed, Google Maps, and Matterport 3D tours
• Mobile apps: RealtaSnap on the Apple App Store and Google Play
Note: While we do not control third‑party platforms, we work to provide accessible alternatives or assistance when barriers exist (see “Requesting assistance & alternative formats” below).
CURRENT COMPLIANCE STATUS
Our goal is conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA. Based on internal testing, most core pages and templates are largely conformant. Some areas are still being improved, including: third‑party embeds; legacy media without captions or full transcripts; and PDF downloads that may not yet be fully tagged for accessibility. We treat accessibility as an ongoing program and continue to remediate issues as we find them.
KNOWN LIMITATIONS & WORKAROUNDS
• Matterport tours: Some controls or labels are provided by Matterport and may have screen‑reader or keyboard limitations. When needed, we can supply a conventional photo gallery and/or written description of the space.
• YouTube/Instagram/Mirror embeds: Third‑party widgets may have varying keyboard or contrast support. We can share direct links to videos, captions/transcripts, or static images on request.
• Maps: Google Maps iframes can be difficult for keyboard users. We provide address and directions text near the map or by request.
• Scheduling (Aryeo): If you encounter difficulty using the online booking flow, we will schedule your shoot by phone or email.
REQUESTING ASSISTANCE & ALTERNATIVE FORMATS
If you need help accessing content or completing a task on our site, we will provide reasonable accommodations at no charge, such as:
• A phone booking instead of online scheduling
• Transcripts or captions for video content
• Accessible versions of documents (HTML or tagged PDF)
• Image descriptions or large‑print versions of key visuals (e.g., floor plans)

TECHNICAL COMPATIBILITY
RealtaSnap is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox; desktop and mobile operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android); and common assistive technologies (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). The site relies on technologies that should be accessible across modern environments, including HTML5, WAI‑ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript.
ASSESSMENT APPROACH
We evaluate accessibility by internal self‑assessment and manual testing (keyboard, screen‑reader spot checks), automated checks (e.g., Lighthouse, axe, WAVE), and vendor guidance/audits where available for third‑party components.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
